The President's Day Holiday closings list is a mixed bag, with schools, banks and Roswell City Hall closed. But the state and Fulton County will open for normal business hours today.

Oddly, the state of Georgia does observe Washington's birthday–but on Dec. 24. So state offices are open today.

Closed today, Feb. 20:

• Roswell City Hall. It will reopen Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 8 a.m.
• Fulton County Schools.
• Banks & credit unions. So it's online banking today, or use the ATM.
• U.S. Postal Service branches (No mail today!)
• Federal agencies and courts

Open today:

• Fulton County government offices, including library branches. Take the kids on their day off from school to the Roswell library branch.
