Cooking Class Series at Barrington Hall Begins Tuesday

Chef John Wilson will begin his "Basic Cooking Techniques" series.

 

 

Barrington Hall kicks off the 2012 cooking class season with Chef John Wilson on Jan. 17.

Chef Wilson will draw upon his many years as a professional chef and cooking class teacher to present his "Basic Cooking Techniques" series. Students will learn to prepare a full meal from main course to dessert in the spacious kitchen of this historic home. Chef Wilson teaches cooking techniques in European, international and American cuisines.

Learn to prepare a meal under Chef Wilson’s engaging instruction and dine on your sumptuous efforts in the spacious kitchen of this historic home. Reservations are required and space is limited. Classes are on Tuesdays, 6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m.

  • Basic Knife Skills - Jan. 17
  • Basic Italian - Jan. 31
  • Basic French - Feb. 7
  • Basic Asian - Feb. 21
  • Basic Mexican - Mar. 6
  • Basic American - Mar. 20
  • Basic Spanish - April 10
  • Basic Couples’ Grilling - April 17
  • Basic Southern - April 24

                    Please call 770-640-3855 to reserve your spot. The cost is $50 per person, per class. All classes are held at: Barrington Hall, 535 Barrington Drive.
