'I Do & I'm Done' Wedding Boutique Opens in Roswell

The bridal consignment store donates portion of funds to local charities.

, a new wedding boutique in Roswell, recently held its grand opening.

The boutique - an upscale bridal consignment shop offering gently worn wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, flower girls dresses, mother of the bride dresses and accessories - will allow for consignors to donate their dollars to local charities or make some extra cash for themselves.

Among the local charities that will receive net proceeds from sales of goods from the boutique are Partnership Against Domestic Violence, Center for Family Resources, CHRIS Kids, Dress for Success, Orange Duffel Bag Foundation, Minds in Motion and Chrysalis. Consignors can also choose to donate to their own charity of choice.

With a wide selection too of vintage dresses dating back to the 1920s, brides to be will have an opportunity to find that special one-of-a-kind dress.  

The boutique is owned by . Sullivan has donated more than $20,000 in cash and in-kind clothing to local charities along with clothing since Vintage & Vogue’s opening in 2010. These local charities include Chrysalis, Wellspring and refugee camps in Italy and Spain. Sullivan has served on the boards of numerous Atlanta area charities and is currently a board member for the Child Development Association in Roswell, Orange Duffel Bag Foundation and Minds in Motion.

Sullivan will partner with the Atlanta School of Design’s bridal design class as part of the school’s curriculum. Students will use some of the vintage and more dated looks carried in the store to redesign them into more updated modern styles for class assignments.

Sullivan will offer her customers an upscale bridal salon shopping experience in an intimate setting. Prices on average for designer wedding gowns will be 50-75 percent off of retail.

”In today’s economy brides are being more mindful than ever of wedding day costs,” said Sullivan. “Bridal consignment boutique shopping offers them the opportunity to get the beautiful dress of their dreams within their budget. They also get to take it home the same day rather than having to wait months before the dress is delivered.”

In addition to dresses offered in a broad range of sizes from 0 to 18, the boutique will carry shoes, jewelry, handbags, veils and other accessories to complete the wedding day ensemble.
