Additionally I believe a score of 59 shuts you down. How do you not score them one percent lower when you bother to score them all the way down to sixty percent.

Monterrey is denying this 60 rating and showing an earlier rating received in June of 100/A. If they have removed the recent rating in the restaurant what does Fulton County do about that? I would hope they would definitely shut them down if they would stoop to this level vs. resolving the major issues listed above!
