Come to the Atlanta Humane Society to meet our sweet Charlie, a beautiful, tan hound mix. Charlie is one year and eight months old and at sixty pounds would make a great running buddy. He is a friendly boy who is polite on a leash and good with basic manners.

Charlie is very shy initially and will need an owner that understands this and is willing to give him time to warm up and adjust to his new family. He does LOVE other dogs and would make a great second dog. When he sees his dog friends, it helps him come out of his shell and become more confident. He is a very sweet boy and just needs someone willing to provide him with the love and time he needs to build up more confidence. Once he knows you, he will happily sit down for a snuggle. Charlie is very active and would love a fenced yard where he can run and play.

Charlie has been neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, dewormed and tested negative for heartworms.
