Local restauranteurs Chris and Michele Sedgwick will officially open their newest PURE Taqueria franchise on Monday, Sept. 17 - in Roswell.

The restaurant serves fresh Mexican food inspired by the Sedgwick's own vacations to the Mexico coasts. The new location takes over a building that was once used as medical offices at 1143 Alpharetta Street, across from the Old Roswell Cemetery on Woodstock Road.

The Roswell location is the sixth installment of the PURE Taqueria chain, which started in Alpharetta during 2005.
