Time is running out to attend the supper club of personal chef and Roswell Patch blogger, Nandita Godbole. The Curry Cravings owner will host her next dinner party this weekend, Saturday, Feb. 18.

The supper club, a family-friendly event, showcases special Indian foods from Godbole's menus. The evening allows for a "cultural immersion" with music, storytelling and activities, in addition to the dinner itself. But the authentic tastes and traditions from India are presented in a way that won't overwhelm newbies, according to Godbole. 

"We explore the principles of Ayurveda and engage in health-friendly dialogue. At the end, our guests have a better understanding of the food, its ingredients and flavors as well as their health benefits," she writes on her website.

This week's supper club menu includes ingredients such as rice, chicken, eggplant, sweet potato, corn, pineapple, coconut and banana. Godbole is ServSafe certified and will work with allergen requests ahead of time.
