Seeing a vehicle parked on the trail behind Waller Park with its lights on, Roswell Police drove up to find a woman, in a state of undress, performing a sexual act on a man inside the car.

According to the police report, the pair were found in a very compromising position, which could have easily been seen by park visitors since the vehicle was allegedly visible from the trail, playground and not far from the building where league games were in progress.

The report did not say whether any local residents or park visitors had complained about seeing the sexual acts firsthand.

The 27- and 28-year-old couple, both Kennesaw residents, were arrested for the incident, which occurred around dusk, Wednesday, July 25. They were charged with public indecency.
