Teens Invited to Make Chocolate Candy on Friday

The Roswell Library will host a class for local students with the day off from school

Teens with the day off from school this Friday can spend some time learning a different lesson: how to make gourmet chocolates!

Roswell Library staff invites Fulton County School students to celebrate the teacher workday with some time spent making chocolate candies. Participants will use white and dark chocolates, as well as items like marshmallows, cookies, pretzels, raisins and nuts for dipping and making barks.

Themes for molded candy include spring, St. Patrick’s Day and teen tech week.

The program will begin at 2 p.m. for teens ages 11-18, Friday, March 9.  The program is free, but reservations are required and spaces are limited. Visit or call the reference desk at the Roswell Library with additional questions, 770-640-3075.

The Roswell Library is located at 115 Norcross Street.
