Our team of action heroes get betrayed on an overseas mission, and they set out on revenge in "The Expendables 2."

Sure, there are dopey scenes but the action sequences are great, with Chuck Norris' character stealing every scene he is in. Jean-Claude Van Damme plays a great bad guy, and his fight scenes with Sylvester Stallone are some of the best I've seen in a while.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, on the other hand, seemed a bit rusty. But, really, he's never been much of an actor anyway.

The action is non-stop from the opening scene to the climatic airport battle. It's fun to watch.

"The Expendables 2" features just about every action star of the 80s. If you grew up with these guys it works as a great nostalgia trip. 

The Flick-O-Meter gives "The Expendables 2" a four out of five. It's a fun movie and a great end to the summer movies season.
