Altus Real Estate Advisors is selling and leasing space in The Crossings at Roswell shopping center located at the intersection of Holcomb Bridge Road and Old Roswell Road.
Currently, there are some tentants including Martino's Pastaand Direct Buy, but several of storefronts in the nearly 39,000 combined square feet center are vacant.
The property is currently zoned for retail, restaurant, office and medical space. It is part of the city's Opportunity Zone, which provides tax incentives for employers.
