● Whiz Kid's Key to Awesomeness (what made him/her successful?) Joe is successful because he is able to imagine and create things that students his age are still trying to develop. His willingness to learn and go above and beyond is the key to his success. He is able to take constructive criticism and apply it, which many adults--let alone kids his age--have a hard time doing. He understands that the key to success is to understand your flaws and learn how to overcome them.
