Booty Organizing Committee members and 24 Hours of Booty staff will host two recruitment events on Thursday, August 9. One will be held at 5 Seasons Brewing in Sandy Springs (The Prado, 5600 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30342) and another will be held at Lucky’s Burger & Brew (1144 Alpharetta Street Roswell, GA 30076) in Roswell. Both are free to the public and begin at 6:30 p.m. with information about participating in 24 Hours of Booty of Atlanta as an individual or with a team.

About 24 Hours of Booty

24 Hours of Booty, Inc. – which runs the Official 24-Hour Cycling Event of the Lance Armstrong Foundation and the premier national 24-hour road cycling charity event in the country – is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charity located in Charlotte that provides  extraordinary cycling events that are safe, fun, and open to all levels of cycling ability. In 24 Hours of Booty’s 11-year history, more than 11,000 riders have raised more than $8.4 million. The 11th Annual 24 Hours of Booty presented by Levine Cancer Institute in Charlotte took place July 27-28, 2012 and the inaugural 24 Hours of Booty of Indianapolis at Butler University took place on Friday, June 29-Saturday, June 30, 2012. In addition, 24 Hours of Booty will also host its Fourth Annual 24 Hours of Booty of Columbia, Md. at the Gateway Business Park “Booty Loop” on Saturday, Aug. 25-Sunday, Aug. 26 2012; and the Third Annual 24 Hours of Booty of Atlanta at the Sandy Springs “Booty Loop” on Saturday, Oct. 13 -Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012.
