Join the Jewish congregations of Cobb County and northern Fulton County, along with the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, for a free community celebration of Hanukkah (or Chanukah or Hanukah or Hannukah, etc.), open to all who enjoy religious freedom and are looking for a fun family event.
We'll light the candles for the holiday's fifth night on Temple Kol Emeth's giant menorah, enjoy Israeli dancing, hear stories with the PJ Library, make crafts and, of course, eat delicious fried food.
Please bring a gently used costume to send to needy residents of Israel's Yokneam-Megiddo region so they can properly celebrate Purim in February.
The participating congregations, in addition to host Temple Kol Emeth, are Chabad of Cobb, Congregation Etz Chaim, Congregation Ner Tamid, Temple Beth Tikvah and Temple Kehillat Chaim.
RSVPs are not necessary but are appreciated through this site.
