AKMF will be hosting a FREE Krav Maga Intro Class on Saturyday, Oct. 28. This 90 minute class will introduce you to the fastest growing form of self defense. This reality based form of martial art is effective for anyone from Law Enforcement, military, stay-at-home moms, college students, and everyone in between. Each class will benefit you physically, as well as preparing you for a real street attack. Bring workout clothes and water and join us for an introduction to Krav Maga.
