AKMF is hosting a FREE Krav Maga Intro class this Saturday, November 17 from 2:00-3:30. This 90 minute class will introduce you to the basics of Krav Maga including stricking, defenses against common street attacks, and realistic scenarios. Krav Maga not only teaches you practical self defense, it also conditions you for a street fight, which means that each class will tone you and get you in shape. Register here. This class is available to fitness level ages 16 and up.
