Powerhouse Self-Defense will teach you how to avoid sexual assault, by being aware of your surroundings.
Powerhouse Self-Defense will teach you basic hand and leg techniques taught in martial arts program. You will learn how to apply these techniques to vulnerable parts of the body.
Powerhouse Self-Defense will teach you that by using your core strength, it can take just ONE technique to stop the assault. You will become empowered!
