2014 GEORGIA MEN’S GYMNASTICS STATE MEET
April 1, 2014 - Roswell, GA – Roswell Men’s Gymnastics Team was selected to host the 2014 Georgia Men’s Gymnastics Championship, held on March 15-16, 2014 at the Roswell Area Park. Roswell hosted 365 gymnasts from 25 men’s gymnastics programs statewide.

Atlanta Hawks, sponsor of the Roswell Men’s Gymnastics Team, provided cheerleaders and Harry the Hawk to entertain the crowd by cheering, tossing t-shirts and towels into the stands and assisting in the medal ceremonies.
Roswell Men’s Gymnastics Team completed the State meet with 28 State Champions, and 25 gymnasts qualified for the Men’s Gymnastics Southeast Regional Championship in Birmingham, AL on April 10-13, 2014.

“I’m so proud of our exceptional coaches, gymnasts, parent volunteers, and sponsor, the Atlanta Hawks, easing the way for us to host more than 1500 spectators throughout the weekend,” said Ben Wood, Director of Roswell Men’s Gymnastics Team. “To successfully host a statewide meet of this magnitude, truly takes a team effort.”
