Flying Colors Butterfly Festival Sat. & Sun. June 7 & 8

The annual Flying Colors Butterfly Festival enchants everyone all weekend at the Chattahoochee Nature Center this weekend, when the air fills with the beauty of butterflies. The exciting "Butterfly Encounter Exhibit” is opening for the festival and will stay open through July 13th! Visitors can hand-feed hundreds of free flying butterflies. Enjoy the show when butterflies land on kids and flowers after outdoor releases. All ages will enjoy this fun fest featuring live music; entomology exhibits; arts and crafts; face painting, fairy houses and much more. Kids can wear butterfly costumes and march in parades. Pollinator and host plants will be on sale for garden enthusiasts. Food trucks will sell snacks for picnics. Make it a festival with the butterflies! Tickets $12 general public/ $8 CNC Members.
