Park'N Ticket, Atlanta's Only Family Owned Offsite Airport Parking, Celebrates Anniversary

Park’N Ticket Airport Parking celebrates 29 years in business this month.  This hometown leader in the offsite airport parking industry is a family owned business that has served Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport since 1984. The facility has grown to have 1,600 spaces and includes a parking deck and employs more than 30 team members.

Kelley Moultrie spoke about her family’s business. “29 years ago this month, my Dad and his brothers started a business that was drawn out on a paper napkin. Today, it is still family owned and operated. I am so thankful to all the employees throughout the years who have made us successful!”

The Oldknow brothers founded Park’N Ticket as the first airport parking and travel agency combination in Georgia. As needs changed, so did the company and the travel agency was phased out.  This first generation has since retired, passing the torch to the next.  Jodi Nicholson believes her “dad and uncle’s entrepreneurial outlook and can-do attitude has shaped this company. We are very proud of what they built, and are thrilled to continue their vision.”

The company credits their dedicated employees and loyal customers for being why they have been able to succeed.  They are a favorite of many Atlanta business travelers, who enjoy the outstanding service they receive from Park’N Ticket’s team members.  Diane Dalton, now the general manager, has been with Park’N Ticket from the start and is considered family.

The primary goal of Park’N Ticket is to provide travelers with an easy to use, safe, comfortable, and convenient parking service that eases the stress of travel.  They complete each trip by sending their customers home with a complimentary drink for the ride.  Jodi Nicholson claims, “We are known for our service and for our free drinks at check out.  We realize how taxing traveling can be for our customers and we want them to relax once they board our shuttle, knowing that the traveling is over and they are home.”

Park’N Ticket remains the only parking facility that is truly local in every sense of the word. The board members are all family and Georgia natives, born and raised.  The headquarters is onsite, located at the front of the parking facility at 3945 Conley St., College Park, GA.  Known for being the closest offsite parking, Park’N Ticket’s motto, “The Fastest Way to the Runway”, is still true 29 years later.
