Better Breathers Club Comes to North Fulton

The American Lung Association in Georgia has partnered with Foundation Therapy Center to form the Better Breathers Club in Roswell.

Over 35 million adults have chronic lung disease in the U.S., which is why North Fulton's Better Breathers Club in Roswell hopes to help support locals dealing with the effects.

Lung diseases such as emphysema, chronic bronchitis, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis or lung cancer have far reaching impacts. Lung cancer is the second-most commonly diagnosed cancer in both men and women. This weekend, "Dancing for Joan" will raise money for lung cancer research.

Most lung disease may be managed with medications and other treatment, but learning to live with lung disease can be difficult. That's the reason the American Lung Association in Georgia in partnership with Foundation Therapy Center has formed a Better Breathers Club in Roswell.
