Camp Kingfisher at Chattahoochee Nature Center Still Taking Session 2 Registrations

Send your kids outdoors to learn about nature and have a fun camping experience over winter break!

If you missed Chattahoochee Nature Center's first Camp Kingfisher session, which begins today, hurry there's still space left - or wait a few days and enroll the kids in next week's session, Jan. 2-4.

Camp Kingfisher is all about outdoor camping traditions and adventures, combined with environmental education.

“Give your kids time to play," said Tim Reidy, the new director at Camp Kingfisher. "The [winter] break is the perfect time to investigate nature, learn about wildlife and see how plants grow even in the winter! And of course we’ll have lots of good ole’ camp fun like singing silly songs and creating crafts.”
