City Antiques, The Drake House Team Up to Do Good

Donate goods to City Antiques and at least half of the proceeds goes to benefit The Drake House.

The Drake Closet, a ladies’ resale boutique which benefits The Drake House, announced a new partnership with City Antiques & Interiors on Monday.

Supporting The Drake House just got easier: City Antiques will pick up unwanted furniture and household items at no cost, as well as organize estates sales to help those who are moving, downsizing, or just want to freshen up the décor in their home. And at least half of the proceeds will benefit the programs for homeless mothers and their children.

The Drake House provides short-term crisis housing, support, education and empowerment to homeless mothers and their children. Since opening their doors in June of 2006, they have served 243 mothers and 447 children in their 16-unit apartment complex, located in Roswell.
