Why Go: Corporal Greg Whitaker, a member of the Johns Creek Police Department, passed away suddenly March 2, 2011, following a short illness. His buddies at the JCPD and the JCFD, with generous help from the St. Ives Country Club, have organized a golf tournament "Guns and Hoses" to assist his family with unforeseen medical and living costs. The reception following this event will include: Live Entertainment, Silent Auction, Raffle, Dinner and Cash Bar.

Why Go: It's a wine tasting to benefit Angels Among Us Pet Rescue, and the pets they rescue and take care of, while helping to find their forever homes! Come out and sample a variety of red and white wines, enjoy light hors d'oeuvres and live entertainment and Vino 100 will donate 50 percent of the proceeds to the Angels!
