When/Where: Saturday, Feb. 19 at 3 p.m .; Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic/Universal Reiki Center

Why Go: Because meditation will help get you into the sort of frame of mind that allows for a pleasant weekend. If you find yourself needing a 'sacred, safe place' in which to quiet yourself outside your 'normal' surroundings, currently have trouble quieting your mind, are new to meditation or just want to share the meditation experience with others, you should give this group a try. Meetings are held the third Saturday of every other month. And the price is right.
