Have You Met...Adam Berg?

1. What is your profession and why did you choose it?

"I am an on-camera meteorologist for The Weather Channel.  I think even as early as three or four years old I had a fascination with the weather.  I would stare at the clouds and just try to figure it all out.  I moved to Tennessee from Canada when I was eight years old and immediately realized that snow means no school in the south!  I started watching the local meteorologists, looking for snow in the forecast, of course, and decided that I wanted to be that guy.  My love for weather and its unpredictability stayed with me right through high school.  I graduated from Penn State with a degree in meteorology and realized my dream of being an on-camera meteorologist a few years later.  I still love my job at the Weather Channel twelve years later."

2)  What do you like most about the Roswell area?

"I really enjoy the Roswell Square area.  Ceviche is a great restaurant. The margaritas are my favorite in all of Atlanta and the selection of different tequila is impressive."

3)   What is your life motto?

"My life motto: 'Work hard, play hard'.  Life is definitely a quick ride.  Make sure you do something you love and make sure to fit life into your busy day as well.  You can sleep when you are dead!"
