Learn to Row at Open House

Atlanta Junior Rowing Association hosting Aug. 17 event in Roswell.

Learn about the Olympic sport of rowing at a free Learn to Row Open House by Atlanta Junior Rowing Association (AJRA) from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Aug. 17.

Students ages 12-18 and parents are invited to the event, which will be held at the AJRA boathouse, 245 Azalea Drive, Roswell, next to Roswell River Landing.

Activities include

·   Get into a rowing shell

·   Try out land training equipment

Coaches, rowers and parents will be on hand to answer questions.  No experience is necessary.
