Local Garage Sale Deals

Patch is starting a new feature that will let readers know of the garage sales happening for the weekend ahead. Enthusiasts can simply print out the list here on Patch that covers the communities of Roswell, Alpharetta-Milton, Cumming and John's Creek before you head out to shop. 

Roswell has several garage sales planned for the weekend.These include the following events: 

On Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 12 noon, at 485 Clubfield Drive in the Wexford Subdivision, shoppers will find a variety of household items.

On Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., a large multi-family garage sale will be occurring at 610 & 620 Highlands Court.  Shoppers will find antiques, furniture, bikes, electronics a clarinet, men's clothing shoes, camping and hiking equipment, books, cd's and movies. 

On Saturday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.,there is a sale at 320 Saddle Creek Circle. Shoppers will find baby items, clothes, toys, furniture, kitchen items and electronics.

On Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m., there will be a garage sale at 105 Sunset Court. Buyers will find furniture, clothes for adults and girls, toys, household items and electronics. 

Alpharetta-Milton has more yard sales this weekend.

On Sunday, June 19 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at 9895 Lauren Hall Court shoppers will find clothes for the whole family, toys, Thomas the Tank Engine items, books, furniture including a glider and a patio set and various household items. 

On Friday and Saturday June 17 & 18, from 8a.m. to 3p.m., shoppers will find kids toys, adult and kids clothes, housewares and more It is at the Haynes Forest Neighborhood entrance at Mist Green Court and Haynes Forest Drive. Follow signs and balloons once you arrive to the neighborhood.

On Sunday, June 19 beginning after 8 a.m. at 11335 Musette Circle, garage sale visitors will find a huge sale that includes an estate sale and 3 families worth of garage sale items. These include televisions. tools, toys, clothes, books, shelves, kitchen and garden and exercise equipment.

On Friday and Saturday from 8a.m. until 1p.m., the entire street of Risen Star Lane in the Calumet subdivision is having a garage sale. Visitors will find furniture, household items, clothing, custom window treatments and bedding,toys and clothing. 

On Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 3p.m.at 780 Anna Lane Alpharetta off of Rucker Road, garage sale visitors will find a variety of furniture and household goods.

On Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., there is a garage sale at 1620 Gantt Road. This sale is offering  tools, electronics, children's clothes and toys, furniture, a variety of decorator items, household goods, men and women's clothing, sports equipment, dorm furniture, tennis rackets,picture frames, and more! 

On Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m., shoppers will find iron bar stools, a futon, iron/glass living room tables, luggage, home items,clothing and accessories at 335 Longmoor Way in the Haynes Landing subdivision.

On Friday, there is a community garage sale surrounding 10440 Tuxford Drive where shoppers will find baby items and furniture, toys, fabric, sewing items and Disney items. 

On Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. until 11 a.m., there is a garage sale within the Leeward Walk subdivision on Douglass Road off of Jones Bridge Road where buyers will find mission style furniture, Mikasa china, a safe, large tools, a dog kennel, lawn equipment and more. Once buyers are in the subdivision, they should just follow the balloons. 

This Saturday from 7:30a.m. until 12 noon in the Brierfield subdivision off of Mid Broadwell Road there will be signs that lead shoppers to a garage sale offering  tv/vcr combo, a vcr, dish sets, dining room set, bedroom furniture, TV stand, wall furnishings, vhs, movies, exercise equipment, a printer, a radio scanner, books, toys, collectibles and more. 

On Friday and Saturday between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. there is a Tuxford Community garage sale. There are over 20 homes participating in the sale at Kimball Bridge and Tuxford Drive. Maps will be available.

On Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 12 noon, shoppers will find all kinds of items including kids toys, household goods, furniture, clothing, lawn furniture and more at the Waterside community yard sale where over 20 families will be participating. They are located off Green Road behind the Kroger shopping center by the intersection of Houze, Crabapple and Arnold Mill. For GPS coordinates enter: 350 Springwell Lane.

On Friday from 8:30a.m. until 3p.m. an estate sale will occur at  440 McKenzie Trail. High end furniture, tools, clothing, rugs, household items and more will be there. 

On Saturday and Sunday from 8a.m. until 2 p.m. at 4170 Bellflower Drive, there will be a garage sale that includes furniture, kids golf clubs, exercise equipment, a bike, a Playstation, a cello, a ping pong table, clothes, books, toys, home decor, kitchen items and more. 

Johns Creek has one listing that Patch located for a sale this weekend.

There is a multi-family sale in the Highgate Subdivision off of Parsons Road on Saturday. The sale will begin at 8a.m. and last until 1p.m. Shoppers will find baby gear, home accessories, kitchen items, electronics, furniture, clothes and more. Customers can watch for balloons on the participating mailboxes to find the sales. 

Cumming will have several garage sales this weekend. 

On Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 12 noon, there will be a garage sale at 4030 Yakutia Place. They are offering buyers electronics, appliances, toys, clothes and household decor.

On Friday from 12 noon until 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., there will be an estate sale at 4315 Creekwood Drive in the Haw Creek subdivision. This sale will offer a medium grand piano, exercise equipment, antiques, furniture, art, small appliances, kitchen items and more. 

On Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., there will be a moving sale in the Walnut Grove subdivision at 7625 Mill Stream Court. buyers will find Christmas items, furniture, beanie babies, books, clothes, toys, kitchen items, sports equipment, a ping pong table and more. 

On Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 12 noon, there will be a garage sale to benefit the Susan B. Komen 3-Day For A Cure fundraiser at 203 Hickory Oak Hollow. Baby items, clothing for women, books, dvd's, and household items will be sold with all proceeds going towards the charity event.

There will be a multi-family sale at 6340 Winchester Court in the Carriage Walk Subdivision on Saturday that will offer clothes, toys, books and household items. 

On Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., there will be a garage sale at 6641 Scotland Circle located off Crossroads and Bennett Road. Camping gear, toys, clothes, and more will be offered. 

On Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., there will be a garage sale at 4560 Keith Bridge Road. Furniture, clothes and kids toys will be offered as well as cold drinks. The driveway is hidden next to the M&M Foundations Warehouse, so watch for signs and balloons to get to the sale. 

On Friday and Saturday between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m., there will be a sale at 6420 Philips Creek Drive where shoppers will find furniture, cars, patio items, a swing set, a pool table, china and more at this moving sale. 

On Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Stonehaven Pointe subdivision between Castleberry and Atlanta Road which is Highway 9, there will be a sale that will offer motorcycle helmets, lawn equipment, toys, shoes, clothing, jewelry and other items.
