Roswell Girl Scouts Host Northwoods Twilight Camp

This eleventh year of camp is held at Northbrook United Methodist Church for area Girl Scouts.

Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Roswell Service Unit is hosting its eleventh annual Northwoods Camp this week.  

The camp, which has a theme of “The Amazing Race” this year, has over 140 campers and a volunteer staff of 45 adults and 16 teens who have been taking over the campus of  each day this week during twilight, from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. Campers have a "passport" that leads them around the world as they try new activities, as well as timeless camp favorites such as arts and crafts, archery, songs and games.

In the tradition of Girl Scouts everywhere, the Northwoods Twilight Camp continues to help the local community by highlighting the following non-profit agencies: Ronald McDonald House, Foster Care Supports, Samaritan’s Purse, Canine Assistants, North Fulton Community Charities, Roswell Library and Golden Retriever Rescue Association.
