Roswell Mayor to Hold Benefit Birthday Bash

Jere Wood's 65th birthday celebration on Jan. 25 will help the Child Development Association.

Roswell Mayor Jere Wood has designated the Child Development Center the beneficiary of his 65th birthday bash later this month. 

The party takes place on Saturday, Jan. 25, from 7-10 at the home of his mother on Stroup Road. The public is invited to attend.

Food and beverages are being donated by local businesses and restaurants. Tickets are $65 and can be purchased online https://www.cdakids.org.

The Child Development Association provides affordable early learning programs and childcare for children of low-income families in the Atlanta metro area. Their education programs prepare the children for success in education and life while the childcare programs enable their parents to maintain full-time employment to provide for their families.

The CDA is a 501(c)3 organization and tax deductible contributions may be made through their website.
