Women's Club Holds Tour at The Providence

The Roswell Women's Club has decorated three brownstones off Canton Street for its annual Showcase Home Tour.

If you’ve been to Roswell’s historic district anytime within the past few months you’ve probably noticed the new brownstone homes going up. But thanks to the Roswell Women’s Club you’ll be able to do more than just look as you pass by since the "The Providence" has been chosen as the location for the club's prestigious Showcase Home Tour.

Developed by Mike Walsh, the traditional brownstones are located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants lining the historic district’s busy Canton Street in a “tranquil setting that is perfect for families with an active lifestyle.” The residences are named after a book written by Darlene Walsh called “Providence,” which is compiled from letters found in nearby Barrington Hall that date back to the early settlement of the city all the way through the Civil War, according to the Women’s Club.

The homes will be decorated by CantoniRoom and BoardL. Green Studios, S.N.O.B (Slightly North of Buckhead), Up Towne Designsand Sol Interiors in three styles: modern, contemporary and elegant casual.
