Concert Under the Stars at RUMC

The online and table ticket deadline is Wednesday for the Sept. 27 songwriting and instrumental event.

Concert Under the Stars is a Home by Dark songwriters concert event featuring some of the best performing songwriters and instrumentalists in America.

Friday, September 27 at 8pm

Georgia’s own James Casto, will be joined by former Kansas band member and #1 CCM songwriter, Michael Gleason along with Dove Award nominated, Jill DeZwaan. New York City saxophonist Matt Blanchard (of David Letterman Show fame) and B3/Accordion/Piano extraordinaire Jim Hettinger sit in with the writers.

Our theme this year is a Tailgate Party. Bring your favorite football food and dress your table in your team’s logo and colors! Prizes for the top 3 tables. You can even pre-order food from our hospitality team. (Food orders must be submitted by Friday, September 20.)

Concert is rain or shine (concert will be held indoors in the event that it rains.)

Ticket Information:
Tables: 2 seats – $40, 4 seats – $80, 6 seats – $105, and 8-10 seats – $140.
General admission is $10/person. (Bring your own lawn chairs for general admission.)

Online and table ticket deadline is Wednesday, September 18. General Admission may be purchased onsite at the concert.

A portion of the proceeds will go to RUMC’s Job Networking Ministry.

Tickets can be purchased on Sundays after worship services (cash or checks only), in the Worship Arts Office on weekdays (cash or checks only) and online via the PayPal (a $5 handling fee will be added to the total ticket amount for online purchases.)
