Local author Jeffrey Stepakoff will be the guest speaker. Stepakoff's new novel, The Orchard. has been well received. His debut novel, Fireworks Over Toccoa, set in Toccoa, Georgia during World War II has received several awards.
The program is free and open to the public. Reservations are not required. Bring a friend and enjoy a pleasant afternoon.
