Noted Pianist to Perform in Roswell

David Nash will take the Roswell Cultural Arts Center stage, Saturday, Oct. 27. Tickets are on sale now.

David Nash, an outstanding young pianist, will perform in concert at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center on Saturday, Oct. 27. 

The concert will benefit the student scholarship fund of the Atlanta Alumni Chapter of Mu Phi Epsilon International Professional Music Fraternity.  Mu Phi Epsilon, through its Helen Haupt Alumni Chapter Grant, and Seniors Enriched Living are jointly sponsoring this exceptional recital, featuring works by Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Schubert, Prokofiev, Scriabin and Ravel.

Nash is a past First Place Winner of the Atlanta Music Club Scholarship Auditions and of the Mercer-Atlanta Annual Concerto Competition. He was an Outstanding Student Scholarship Recipient at Mercer University. His students have won top awards at auditions sponsored by the Roswell/Alpharetta Federated Music Club. Nash has also been recognized as one of the Outstanding Young Men of America and represented Georgia State University at the national convention of Music Teachers National Association. Each year he provides an exciting class in music appreciation and performance for adult education attendees at SEL.

The concert will take place Saturday, Oct. 27 at 4 p.m. Tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for students, are available by check payable to SEL, with For: Mu Phi Epsilon, noted on the bottom of the check. Mail check to 9035 Niblick Drive, Alpharetta, Ga, 30022, attn: Marilyn Dietrichs. 

Pick up tickets at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center’s “Will Call” desk or purchase tickets by cash or check on the day of the concert at the “Will Call” desk one hour prior to the concert All donations are tax deductible.
