Roswell Library Book Clubs Meet this Week

Noonday Nosh meets Tuesday, Aug. 21 and Mystery Readers' meets Aug. 28.

The Roswell Library will host two book groups in August, including Noonday Nosh and the Mystery Readers'.

The Noonday Nosh Book Group will discuss the book A Passage to India by E. M. Forster at the meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 21 at noon. Published in 1924, this acclaimed novel delves into the class differences and racial tension in India during the British colonial era.

The Mystery Readers’ Book Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 28 to discuss the book On the Line by S. J. Rozan. P.I. Bill Smith’s girlfriend is kidnapped and he must follow instructions from the disembodied voice on his cell phone to get her back. Unfortunately, those directions get him framed for murder! Now he must elude the cops while trying to outwit the kidnapper.
