Jump-start your cooking skills in this relaxed, fun-filled class. Learn how to use knives skillfully, safely, and efficiently and the proper way to sharpen and care for your knives.

Practice proper techniques and timesaving skills for slicing, dicing, and chopping and in the process, prepare a lovely meal. Also learn the basics of sautéing and making a pan sauce.

Afterwards, enjoy sitting down to enjoy the meal that you prepared.
