Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., represented Flagstar Bank in the sale of Holcomb Center, a five-building shopping center in Roswell. Located at 700-730 Holcomb Bridge Road, the 87,564 square foot shopping center was purchased by Los Angeles-based Holcomb Gorby LLC for $3.8 million.
Holcomb Center includes three multi-tenant and two single-tenant retail buildings that are approximately 70% leased to local retailers. The sale closed August 19.
