Kimberly-Clark in Roswell Goes Ahead with New Facility

The company's Roswell campus has hired Carter as its project manager.

Roswell's Kimberly-Clark campus is going ahead with a new materials management building and they've hired Carter - National Real Estate Investor magazine's third ranked office developer - as project manager.

"The new building, scheduled for completion in spring 2012, will provide the Roswell campus with a centrally located receiving/distribution facility," stated Carter's blog.

According to Carter, which was founded in 1958 and manages the 98-acre Roswell campus, this project is just the latest of many in the 32 years since it began working with Kimberly- Clark in 1979. It was then when they were first hired to oversee the construction of six buildings at the Roswell site. In the years since, Carter’s brokerage team has also helped Kimberly-Clark identify and negotiate additional leased space for the campus.

“Carter’s depth of services, robust project management systems and technical resources have helped us solidify this 32-year partnership with Kimberly-Clark,“ said Jonathon Barge, who is heading up the project along with Todd Bradford from Carter’s program development services team. “It is great to have the opportunity to work with them again on a new development project.”
