New Owners for Roswell Coldbrews
The restaurant flunked a health inspection last month.
A Roswell restaurant that flunked a health inspection last month is undergoing an ownership change, according to the AJC.
On its Food and More blog, the AJC quoted a manager at the Coldbrews Sports Bar and Grill on Holcomb Bridge Road saying that the inspection problems weren't related to food preparation but more to a facility that's in disrepair.
But the Oct. 29 inspection conducted by the Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness (full report here) red-flagged four areas designed to prevent food-borne illnesses.
The AJC reported a follow-up inspection at Coldbrews could take place in the next week.
