Roswell Restaurant Week Begins Tuesday

More than 30 dining establishments are taking part through Feb. 1.

The 3rd annual Roswell Restaurant Week begins on Tuesday, but it's lasting longer than just a week.

This year's event stretches from Jan. 21 to Feb. 1. Participating restaurants will offer a special, prix fixe or discounted menu option during the promotion.

Here are the latest particulars on the specials each restaurant will be offering, and when. Keep in mind this is subject to change. 

Roswell Restaurant Week is sponsored by Roswell Inc. (formerly the Roswell Business Association) in conjunction with the Roswell Restaurant Alliance. 

The number of restaurants participating has grown from 25 to 35. Here's who has indicated thus far that they'll be taking part:
