Roswell Restaurant Week: Roux

Roswell Restaurant Week features local eateries with specials for every palate and wallet.

Sure, the original Big Easy is several states away, but you can find all that famous Cajun flavor right here in Roswell at Roux on Canton.

The southern-style restaurant finds inspiration in the intoxicating flavors found down in the bayou and brings them home to the historic district for locals. Live music on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights serves as a good alternative for a trip to the French Quarter.

"The reason we decided to do Roswell Restaurant Week is actually quite simple: we love Roswell, especially downtown historic Roswell," said Christina Devictor, who handles marketing for Roux.

"We believe that Roswell has such a unique blend of restaurants and an overall extraordinary atmosphere and are thrilled to get the word out so that others can enjoy it as well!
