Charming Tom Wants Home to Romp, Run

Tom is this week's Pet of the Week from the Atlanta Human Society campus in North Fulton.

This week the Atlanta Humane Society wants to highlight a very special kitty who has been living with us since May of this year.

This beautiful, black and white domestic shorthair mix is named Tom and is a sweet boy who is full of character. He is still very young at two and a half years old and still acts like an outgoing, playful kitten!

Aside from his quiet, gentle meow, Tom is all boy. Tom loves to play and run around with his human visitors. He is getting very bored of living at the shelter and wants a home that will embrace his playful, energetic nature. One of his favorite toys is stuffed mice and Tom is quite the accomplished faux mouse hunter. He will chase it, carry it around and jump to catch it out of the air if you throw it.

Tom would prefer to be the only cat in your life but has plenty of personality and energy to go around. While he does love to romp and run, he also has a cuddly side and has been known to crawl into laps for extra attention. With his large, expressive eyes and black spotted coat, we don’t know how you can resist Tom’s charms!

If you think that you are the special person to provide Tom with the loving home that he has been waiting so long for, you can visit him today! In anticipation of the day he will go home, Tom has been vaccinated, dewormed, micro-chipped, neutered and tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia.
