Georgia HERO Driver Finds Dead Man in Car on GA 400 - Alpharetta Patch

A Georgia HERO driver on patrol on GA 400 northbound spotted what she thought might be a stranded motorist at the Kimball Bridge Road overpass at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Gwinnett County Police have made an arrest in connection with the Dec. 12 death of a Buford man.

Police responded to a report of gunshots at 1869 Appaloosa Lane, an apartment complex near the Mall of Georgia, at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday evening. When officers arrived, they found 19-year-old Trevon Watson of Buford dead at the scene. According to police, a small amount of marijuana was found near Watson. Morning Tractor Trailer Wreck Closes Lanes on I-85 at SR 316 - Peachtree Corners Patch

A tractor-trailer accident [Thursday morning] has four of the five northbound lanes of I-85 at SR 316 closed for repairs.

An unknown individual is believed to be responsible for two bank robberies in Kroger grocery this year, including one in Roswell.
