UPDATE: Boys Kidnapped From Roswell Found Safe

The seven- and nine-year-old boys were found safe in Austin, TX on Saturday.

Updated Sunday, Dec. 30, 8:37 a.m. - Daniel Cleary was pulled over and arrested in Austin, TX on Saturday, according to Fox 5 Atlanta. Ben and Henry Cleary are said to be safe and waiting to be taken back to their mother.

The news station reports that a previously planned prayer vigil will now be a thanksgiving prayer gathering in Suwanee Town Center on Sunday at 2 p.m.

Updated Saturday, Dec. 29, 3:15 p.m. - A new photo of the suspect has been added. The silver Jeep Cherokee may be towing a light colored enclosed trailer with one axle (no tag number available). Additionally, it may have a large dark colored cargo bag on top of the vehicle.

Updated Friday, Dec. 28, 10:05 p.m. – The newly attached photos show the suspect with the children a Walmart store in Chattanooga, TN on Dec. 23 and Dec. 24.

A Levi's Call has been issued on behalf of Roswell Police Department for Ben Cleary and Henry Cleary.

Ben and Henry Cleary are white male boys. Ben is 9-years-old, 56 inches, 66 pounds with brown eyes and brown medium length hair. He was last seen wearing a light blue winter vest. Henry is 7-years-old, 53 inches, 60 pounds with green eyes and brown medium length hair. He was last seen wearing a light blue winter vest.

Both children last seen at 285 Crab Orchard Way in Roswell with Daniel Cleary, a white male who is 46-years-old, 6 feet, 220 pounds with brown eyes and gray medium length hair.

The suspect and children are believed to be traveling in a 2002 silver Jeep Grand Cherokee with a GA temporary tag, numbered #10742627, traveling on the west side of Nashville in Tennessee on Interstate 40.
