Police Make Arrest in Fifth Third Robbery

Roswell Police Department and Dunwoody Police Department have suspect in custody.

Police made an arrest in the Valentine’s Day Fifth Third Bank robbery in Roswell early Saturday morning, Feb. 26.

After a search warrant was issued for the suspect’s residence on Thompson Street in Alpharetta and surveillance was done at a location in Perimeter Mall, arrestee Adam Christopher Meacham, 26, was taken into custody with help from the Dunwoody Police Department. He has been turned over to Fulton County for booking.

Meacham is a suspect in the robbery at the Fifth Third Bank at the Kroger on Crossville Road, as well as another bank in Alpharetta.

According to reports, the suspect allegedly told bank tellers he had a gun and passed a note with his demands.

Roswell Police are thanking the Alpharetta and Sandy Springs police departments for their help on the case.
