Roswell Library September Book Clubs to Meet
The Noon Day Nosh and Mystery Readers groups will meeting Sept. 18 and Sept. 25.
The will host its monthly book groups next week.
The Noonday Nosh Book Group will discuss the book The Lacuna by Barbara Kingsolver at the meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 18 at 12 p.m. This award-winning novel follows the life of a writer through his childhood in Mexico, his friendship with Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera and his later life in the U.S. as he is investigated by the House Un-American Activities Committee in the 1950s.
The Mystery Readers’ Book Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25 to discuss the book Foul Matter by Martha Grimes. A comic send-up of the publishing industry and the crime genre, this book is sure to entertain.

These programs are free and open to the public. Both groups meet in the Meeting Room at the Roswell Library. The Roswell Library is located at 115 Norcross Street in Roswell. For more information, call the Roswell Library at 770-640-3075.
