Craig Iandoli, of Roswell, died in a Fourth of July boating accident on Monday.

Craig Iandoli, 53, of Roswell has been identified as the kayaker killed in an accidental Fourth of July motor boat collision on Texas' Eagle Mountain Lake, according to the Associated Press.

The accident apparently occurred when a motor boat struck three kayaks floating near a dock, two of which did not have the required lighting. Aside from Iandoli, another of the kayakers - possibly Iandoli's adult son - suffered a broken leg, according to theΒ .
