Roswell Restaurant Week: Ceviche

Roswell Restaurant week features local eateries with specials for every palate and wallet.

Tucked into the heart of Roswell's historic district, Ceviche will invoke memories of the place you once drank cold cervezas after a day spent sunning on a Mexican beach somewhere.

Locally, Ceviche is known for its authentic Mexican flavors, spectacular drinks and family-friendly service. The restaurant offers relaxed indoor/outdoor seating and tantalizing dishes.

Roswell native and Ceviche co-owner Trent Bramblett hopes locals stop by to wet their whistle with custom mixed drinks in the festive atmosphere.

“We want to offer current and new customers the chance to get great value after the holiday season. Roswell Restaurant Week also draws more attention to Canton Street which helps business in the long run. January is a slow time of the year and we are looking forward to increased business during this week,” Bramblett said.

Throughout the week, Ceviche will offer the following prix-fixe menus:

Lunch, $15:

  • Appetizer: Guacamole
  • Main Course: Choose from one beef taco, topped with lettuce, pico de gallo, cheese and sour cream; or one chicken taco, topped with lettuce, pico de gallo, cheese and red pepper ranch, served with rice and beans; or Peggy’s Mini-Chimichanga, your choice of a beef or chicken chimichanga served with a side of lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, rice and beans.
  • Dessert: Half order of soapillas

Dinner, $25

  • Appetizer: Choice of shrimp ceviche or tilipia ceviche
  • Main Course: Choose from steak fajitas with a shrimp skewer, served on a bed of sautéed peppers and onions. Sides include lettuce, tomato, guacamole, sour cream, rice, beans and flour tortillas; or Miguel’s Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas and One Beef Tostada, topped with beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, cheese and sour cream, served with rice and beans.
  • Dessert: Key Lime Pie

From the Bar, $10

  • Tequila Sampler: one ounce shot of Lunazul Reposado Tequila and Corazón Blanco Tequila.
