Roswell's Vote: Follow Election Returns Here
Three City Council races will be decided following Tuesday's balloting.
The polls are closed in Roswell, and the votes are being counted in the three contested City Council races.
Roswell Patch will be updating results as they become available, so please feel free to follow here and add your comments as the night goes along.
The returns are being tabulated by the Fulton Registration and Elections office, and also will be posted at the City of Roswell website.
Let us know how the voting went at your polling station -- by that we mean the turnout, if there were any problems encountered in other places, such as some voters in Sandy Springs getting the wrong ballot on Tuesday.
The contested Roswell City Council races are as follows:
- Post 4 -- Incumbent Kent Igleheart and Harvey Smith;
- Post 5 -- Incumbent Jerry Orlans and Eric Schumacher;
- Post 6 -- Incumbent Nancy Diamond and Kendra Myers Cox.
Mayor Jere Wood is running unopposed.
