I need an icon worse than a disappointed! Horrible customer service, empty promises and missed deadlines causing loss of money. This goes on and on until you can't take it any longer and cancel your order. But wait, he still thinks it's your fault becuse he can't understand the sense of a 6 week lead time stated then turning into 6 months... Still no product. Plus their great F rating on BBB. Yes an F.
